David and Ashley run a short-term rental in Missoula. The work of turning it over reliably — the linens, the restocking, the staging, the checking — is what this business was built out of.
Running our own turnovers taught us where a turnover actually fails: in the small details that only show up under time pressure, on the morning a check-out and a check-in land a few hours apart. Solving that for ourselves is where our checklists, our par levels and our habit of photographing completed work came from.
Now we’re offering that same discipline to other Missoula hosts — with the scope written down first, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
