Who we are

A to Z Vacation Services, LLC is a Montana-based limited liability company serving Missoula, Montana. You can reach us at hello@atozvacationservices.com. This policy describes what this website actually does — nothing more.

What the quote form collects, and why

The request form on our quote page collects: your name and email address so we can reply; whether you are an individual host or a property manager, so we know how to scope the conversation; the property address, or the city and ZIP if you prefer to withhold the address at this stage; the number of properties, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, your typical check-out and check-in window, and the amenities at the property, all of which determine what a turnover for that property involves; which services you’re interested in and your expected turnover cadence; and any notes you choose to write.

We use this information to respond to your request and to arrange an on-site property assessment. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing.

What we do not collect here

This website does not collect lock codes, alarm codes, access instructions, payment card numbers, bank details or guest information. Please don’t put access information in the notes field — the form warns you if it looks like you have. There is no login, no account and no customer portal on this site.

How submissions reach us

When you submit the quote-request form, your submission is transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards it to us by email. What is submitted is what you typed, plus the page you arrived on, the referring site if your browser sent one, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it to us. Web3Forms also records the IP address of the device the form was submitted from and includes it in the email it forwards to us — we do not ask for it and we do not use it, but it reaches us, so we are telling you.

We do not store form submissions on this website, and this website has no database. We keep the email we receive so we can respond to your request, arrange an assessment and prepare a written quote.

Attribution data sent with your request

When you submit the form, we include some context about how you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring website if your browser sent one, any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term — each recorded as empty when absent), the version of the form you completed, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the timestamp of your submission. We do not write anything to your browser’s local or session storage ourselves, and the attribution above is held in memory for the duration of your visit only.

Analytics

Analytics is currently switched off on this site. No analytics script is loaded, no analytics request is sent, and this site sets no cookies at all. If we enable analytics in future, we would use Google Analytics 4 as a processor, configured with IP anonymisation and with Google Signals and advertising personalisation features switched off; Google Analytics would then set its own cookies, and this section would be updated to say so.

Either way, we set no advertising cookies and run no ad trackers on this site.

Asking about or deleting a submission

Email hello@atozvacationservices.com and tell us what you’d like — a copy of what you sent us, a correction, or deletion of your submission. Use the email address you submitted, or give us enough detail to find the request.
